We specialise in the sale of refurbished computers, laptops, and related technology products. All refurbished items are tested, repaired, and restored to working condition, and come with a warranty as outlined in these Terms.

The images and descriptions on our website are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate, we cannot guarantee that they will always reflect the exact product you will receive.

By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product, and this offer is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where there is a pricing error, product availability issue, or if we suspect fraud.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with details of your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, and any other payment options specified on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, and we will not process your order until we have received cleared funds.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched, and you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and method chosen. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local authorities for any additional charges – If this is not paid and the item is returned to us from the courier then they will be a re-stock charge of £30.00 deducted from your refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@tscomputers.co.uk or 01282 502172. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

All refurbished products come with a automatic RTB warranty, the length of which is specified on the product page or in the order confirmation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.

If your product becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us at info@tscomputers.co.uk or 01282 502172 for assistance. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

Please note that the warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries or accessories, unless explicitly stated.

Please note we do also offer a Premium Warranty that covers accidental damage and Priority Repair – This can we selected at order confirmation.

Top Seed Computers offers vinyl wrapping services for the laptops. All vinyl wraps are applied to the exterior of the laptop and are designed to be removable without causing damage to the device. By purchasing a vinyl-wrapped laptop, you agree to the following:

• Vinyl wraps may not be perfect and may show slight imperfections or variations in design.
• We cannot guarantee that the vinyl wrap will stay in perfect condition if the laptop is subject to excessive wear and tear.

From time to time, we may offer a 'Random Selected Customer' promotional upgrades, such as a RAM upgrade or other enhancements, as part of special offers or promotions. Please note that if your laptop is returned to us due to a fault that falls under our warranty, we will process your return and, if necessary, provide a replacement unit. However, we cannot guarantee that the replacement device will include the same promotional upgrades.

Customer Acknowledgment: By purchasing a product with a promotional upgrade, you acknowledge that if a replacement is required, the upgraded features may not be replicated in the replacement unit.

Top Seed Technologies Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products, except as required by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
